Returns
Our policy is valid within 30 days of the delivery date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unwashed. Otherwise, all unapproved return items will not be accepted, and you need to provide a return label to ship back to you.
Orders rejected at delivery will only be refunded for the cost of merchandise and any tax paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Dear John Denim is not responsible for lost returns. We highly recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Inspection and processing times take 2 business days (excluding holidays & weekends) upon receipt.
We will send you an email within 2 business days to notify you that we have received your
returned item, once your return is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@dearjohndenim.com to receive your return number, or fill out this form:
Dear John Denim only offers a courtesy one-time exchange on original purchases.
If you are exchanging your item for a lesser price than your original order, store credit will be given for your exchange.
